How to Order a Buddhist Statue
The Shengfeng order process step by step: choose a figure and size, confirm availability and shipping, approve the finished piece, then pay by bank transfer.
From enquiry to delivery
1 · Choose your figure and size
Browse the collection and note the figure and size you are interested in. Send us a message with the product name and size, or your own reference image if you would like something made to order.
2 · Confirm availability and shipping
We confirm whether the piece is in stock or made to order, give you a production estimate, and quote shipping to your delivery address.
3 · Approve the finished piece
Before packing we photograph the finished statue and send you the images for approval.
4 · Pay by bank transfer
Once you approve, we issue an invoice and payment instructions. Payment is by bank transfer; the balance terms are agreed with your order confirmation.
5 · Packing and dispatch
Statues are packed in custom foam and timber crating for international transit. We send you the tracking reference once the shipment leaves the workshop.
Payment and currency
Prices on this site are shown in Malaysian Ringgit, Chinese Yuan and US Dollars for reference. The invoiced currency and the applicable exchange rate are confirmed on your order confirmation, since rates move.
We accept payment by bank transfer. For large temple projects we can agree staged payments against production milestones.
